Explore the legal and moral responsibilities of managers and supervisors in maintaining workplace safety. -
Common Hazards

Investigating Accidents and Incidents

Exams and Certification
To complete the IOSH Managing Safely course, participants must successfully pass two assessments. These assessments are designed to ensure that you have gained the necessary skills and knowledge to manage health and safety effectively.
Assessments:
To receive the IOSH Managing Safely certificate, you must pass two assessments with a combined score of at least 60%.
45-Minute Multiple-Choice Test
30 questions covering all course modules.
This test will assess your understanding of key health and safety concepts and principles.
Practical Exam: Workplace Risk Assessment
You will be required to complete a workplace risk assessment, using either the standard IOSH form or your company’s form.
This must be submitted within two weeks of course completion.
Certification:
Upon successful completion of the course and assessments, you will receive an IOSH Managing Safely certificate, a globally recognized qualification that demonstrates your competence in managing health and safety in the workplace.
