Obserwacja BBS \u2013 nie jest g\u0142\u00f3wnym elementem BBS. Tak, powt\u00f3rz\u0119: Obserwacje, oraz zg\u0142oszenia BBS \u2013 nie s\u0105 g\u0142\u00f3wnymi elementami BBS.\n<br><br>\nG\u0142\u00f3wnym elementem procesu BBS jest wdro\u017cenie teorii oraz technologii behawioralnych, w ka\u017cdej decyzji , kt\u00f3r\u0105 podejmuje firma, oraz dodawanie element\u00f3w behawioralnych do proces\u00f3w bezpiecze\u0144stwa, w ka\u017cdej jej ods\u0142onie.\n<br><br>\nSkomplikowane? Pewnie tak, ale jak zrozumiesz z czego tak naprawd\u0119 sk\u0142ada si\u0119 system BBS, b\u0119dzie Ci \u0142atwiej o nim rozmawia\u0107, budowa\u0107 go, wdra\u017ca\u0107 i monitorowa\u0107.\n<br><br>\nWarto wspomnie\u0107 o Studium Przypadku, oraz naukowe i empiryczne prace , kt\u00f3re pokazuj\u0105 korzy\u015bci systemu, potencjalne trudno\u015bci wdro\u017cenia oraz na co warto zwr\u00f3ci\u0107 uwag\u0119 w jej wdro\u017ceniu. Na przyk\u0142ad, naukowa praca Hermann, Ibarra and Hopkins w 2010 w bran\u017ce Automotive.\n<br><br>\nNa koniec tej cz\u0119\u015bci dodam tylko, \u017ce nowoczesny system BBS opiera si\u0119 na pozytywnym wzmocnieniu (pochwa\u0142y, zach\u0119ty, itd.) oraz g\u0142\u0119bokiej analizie bod\u017ac\u00f3w tych zachowa\u0144. Bod\u017ace w naszym systemie b\u0119d\u0105 wymaga\u0107 Analizy \u0179r\u00f3d\u0142owej Przyczyny (ang. Root Cause Analysis). Dlatego, karanie, albo ci\u0105g\u0142y nadz\u00f3r, nie przynosi efekt\u00f3w w budowaniu silnej kultury bezpiecze\u0144stwa. Jednak warto podkre\u015bli\u0107, \u017ce same pochwa\u0142y te\u017c nie dzia\u0142aj\u0105, Musz\u0105 by\u0107 one zintegrowane z ca\u0142ym procesem metody ABC. Nie pope\u0142niaj b\u0142\u0119dy w obserwacji, kt\u00f3re mog\u0105 doprowadzi\u0107 do odrzucenia tego systemu przez pracownik\u00f3w.\n<br><br>\nOp\u00f3r na zmiany oraz proces \u0142agodzenia frustracji podczas Obserwacji \u2013 jest bardzo wa\u017cnym elementem analizy podczas planowania wdro\u017cenia systemu BBS. Pami\u0119taj, \u017ce te problemy maja opracowane podstawy naukowo-behawioralne, jak na przyk\u0142ad 8 g\u0142\u00f3wnych przyczyn oporu na zmian\u0119 (Schermerhorn, Hunt, i Osborn, 2005).<\/p>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section elementor-element
