General Terms and Conditions for NEW HSE Courses<\/span><\/b>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

This statement outlines the comprehensive terms and conditions that constitute the legally binding agreement between the parties. It overrides all previous discussions, correspondence, and representations made before the booking date, unless specifically agreed upon and documented in writing by both parties. These terms and conditions will be effective from the moment the booking form is submitted by the Candidate. 1.1.<\/span><\/b> Company<\/strong> means NEW HSE Learning Partner, registered at Dereniowa str. 2\/98 15, 02-776, Warsaw with its registered office at Gra\u017cyny str. 15\/204, 02-548 Warszawa.<\/span>\u00a0
<\/span>1.2.<\/span><\/b> The Candidate<\/strong> means the individual or organization from whom the booking is received.\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0
<\/span>1.3.<\/span><\/b> The Learner<\/strong> refers to the individual(s) participating in the course.\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0
<\/span>1.4.<\/span><\/b> The Course<\/strong> refers to a singular training course or a specific series of training courses as outlined in the course brochure or proposal.<\/span>\u00a0
<\/span>1.5.<\/span><\/b> Certifying Body<\/strong> means NEBOSH (The National Examination Board in Occupational Safety and Health) \u2013 the awarding organisation responsible for setting assessment standards, dates, issuing qualifications, and managing examination procedures.<\/span>\u00a0
<\/span>1.6.<\/span><\/b> Booking Form<\/strong> means the official course registration form provided by NEW HSE, completed and submitted by the Candidate to confirm their enrolment for a course. Submitting the Booking Form constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

2. Booking\/Registration<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

2.1.<\/span><\/b> To register for the Course, the Candidate needs to complete the \u201cNEW HSE Company Booking Form\u201d document and submit a non-refundable 20% advance payment for the course. Once the application is processed and the payment is finalized, the Candidate will receive confirmation of enrollment.\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

2.2.<\/span><\/b> By submitting the booking form, the Candidate commits to paying the full course fee no later than one day before the start of the course (refer to the course dates available at www.newhse.pl).\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

2.3.<\/span><\/b> In the case of payment by instalments, the Candidate commits to settling the full course fee no later than three months after the official end date of the course. The exact instalment schedule must be agreed in writing with NEW HSE prior to the start of the course.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

2.4.<\/span><\/b> By sending the booking form, the Candidate affirms that their proficiency in Polish or English (writing, reading, comprehension), depending on the course’s language of instruction, is sufficient for undertaking the course. If there are any uncertainties, please contact our office for further information. No refunds will be granted if the Candidate\u2019s language proficiency is deemed insufficient for the course materials. Upon request, the Candidate may take the Company\u2019s Language Skill Test and return it for review and feedback.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

2.5.<\/span><\/b> The data required to collect and maintain for regulatory purposes to register learners for any course and exam:<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>
